The Ham and Cheese Company supplies some of the best known shops and restaurants in London including Sally Clarke’s, Brawn and Terroirs, Daylesford Organic, Wholefoods and Theo Randall, Duck Soup and Fernandez and Wells.
We offer a bespoke training service to our wholesale customers to ensure real product knowledge and confidence in how to cut, wrap and store each of our items.
Deliveries
As our mozzarella arrives from Italy on Thursday morning, all our deliveries are made on Fridays so that customers get our mozzarella at its freshest (and with 9 days shelf life). Deliveries are free for orders over £150 and are made either by Organic Republic, or by UK Mail (for orders outside London). Delivery is £7.50 for orders under £150.
